Why new delhi chief minister Mr kejriwal intended to hold assebly session in open ?
Isn't he making mockery of democarcy.
He is leader of legally elected legislature , as per constitution, public of a particular constituancy has given their power to a particular MLA to take decisionon their behalf.
Then what is the need to hold assembly session in open. Does he expect all delhi people to come and join his drama leaving their all work behind. Its a question mark.
It also means that a small crowd of public will take decision , then question arises on elections, need of democracy. If this is the right way, then he should also resign from the chief minister post. Because no need of cm, every time need arises public will gather at one place and will take important decision. Like they used to do in adam era.
He must remembr that Delhi public is well educated , if they can end congress long rule...then they will also through any person out of power at any given time.
It would be better for him to hold assembly session in assembly and allow all electronic media to do live telecast. This will help not only delhi public but also other state public to see the historic work done by AAP goverment.
There is a constitution in this country and every one should follow. No one is above the law.
Being a head of the state , Mr kejriwal needs to understand this and without doing all the gimmick he should work for the betterment of the delhi public. He can take example of his contemprory from other states i.e. Nitish kumar of Bihar, Manohar parekh of Goa,Shivraj chauhan of Madhya pradesh, Mamta of West bengal, Jyalalitha of Tamilnaduto name a few.
Otherwise all this gimmic will back fire like one did, when he tried to orgnaized Janta darbar in open. Where several other CM's is doing it successfully and have nevr faced any problem.
All the best Mr Kejriwal and team ....believe in democracy , if it was not there you could not have achieved what you are today.
